Operators carrying out hoisting work on a construction site in the Netherlands with hoisting equipment with an operating load moment of 10 t/m or more must have a personal TCVT certificate for the relevant machine. A construction site could be any temporary or mobile workplace where civil engineering works or construction works are being carried out. The operating load moment can be found in the hoist or load diagram of the telescopic handler.

Further TCVT training
A condition of the TCVT training is that relevant further training is followed during the 5-year validity period of the TCVT telescopic handler certificate. This is intended for refreshment/deepening/broadening of the professional competence as a driver/hoist. The training must cover all learning outcomes of the relevant certification scheme.
