During this training you will be trained as a demonstrator. After the training, you will be able to make the operators of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) aware of their responsibilities during the use of the machine, explain their tasks, explain the preparations before starting, and explain how to operate safely.
Would you like to complete the IPAF Demonstrator training course for MEWPs? Then you must first successfully complete the IPAF Operator training course. You also need an PAL operator card for one of the following categories:
Category 1a: Static Vertical (vertical mast lifts for one person)
Category 1b: Static Boom (truck-mounted boom lifts, trailer-mounted aerial work platforms, spider aerial work platforms & telescopic (articulated) aerial work platforms)
Category 3a: Mobile Vertical (self-propelled scissor lifts & verticasl mast lifts for one person)
Category 3b: Mobile Boom (self-propelled telescopic (articulated) aerial work platforms on tracks or tires)
At the end of the training, the demonstrator will have the necessary knowledge to instruct operators of mobile elevating work platforms in the specific machines and their specifications such as weight, working height, length, and width, and to demonstrate how to work safely.

Good to know
To complete the IPAF Demonstrator training course, you must first successfully complete the IPAF Operator training course for MEWPs. You must have a PAL Operator card in the category for which you want to complete the demonstrator training course.
