Technical malfunctions or damage to machines are annoying and can lead to work being delayed or even stopped. Until now, the locations in Germany were responsible for dealing with their customers' machine malfunctions and damage themselves and had to organize repairs locally at the customer's site.
In order to offer our German customers an even better service, Collé Rental & Sales has set up a service center that centrally manages, regulates, and coordinates all malfunctions and damage reports in Germany. In the event of technical malfunctions of machines, the service center coordinates our technicians throughout Germany so that the machines can be repaired at the customer's site as quickly as possible to ensure that work can continue. In addition, the service center also coordinates our service partners to repair malfunctions, to repair leaks or to take care of tire repairs.
Thanks to the single point of contact for our customer service center, we can better coordinate the deployment of our technicians, better coordinate scheduling and geographic availability, and thus reduce customers' waiting time for repairs. Moreover, our locations and workshops have fewer organizational and administrative tasks. In addition to several service vehicles per location, Collé also has several service busses that operate in areas where there is no Collé location such as Frankfurt. We are also looking for technicians in and around Rostock, Ulm and surroundings, as well as the Hanover/Braunschweig region.

Our technical support Benelux is, in addition to machine breakdowns in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, also responsible for breakdowns in the most part of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany.
